On your disc cleaner, Have a deleted files section; then a permanent delete so that you do not mistakenly delete files that you might need or that could affect your system.

Scan the whole registry .\SOFTWARE (HKCU/HKLM) not only the Uninstall key

Software run may leave traces in the registry even if they are not installed. Or keys in the whole \SOFTWARE (not only the \SOFTAWRE\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Uninstall) should be scanned as well.

keep the list of all the applications unistalled,

a data base to be checked before every new installation, useful when you forget (but few will admit) to have already tried the same program in the past !

Prompt the user asking if they would like to do a system restore and backup before doing one. Maybe have a timer on it so after 5 seconds it just does one.

Show install path in column view (detail view) instead of tooltip (or make customizable columns)

In detail view, one must mouse over an item to the install path. This info should be always visible.
