The “Orphan files” has the Open folder option; it is useful to open files or backup them. But the “Registry entries” does not have the option to open the regedit to display the keys before the deletion.

So you could add unit D and exclude folder C:\Backup. The exclusion list could work by never include the selected entries in the Leftovers found section to prevent their accidental deletion. As an alternative, it could be possible to include them...
They can mixed up with registry files. What about using *.you extension? You could associate those files with YourUninstaller and autoload the Restore Uninstall Info procedure when opening them.
